Like the ergonomics of these chairs. Fit well, superb quality! Swivel easily, no noise. Liked them so much bought 3 of them, 2 for my office and TV area and one for the blind. Friend liked them so much, he bought 2 of them immediately after seeing and sitting in mine! Very nice and comfortable.

We have seven of the chairs and they are awesome except for a bad batch of cylinders. Each one has failed. Banks is doing the right thing and sending us replacements. 5 stars if not for the aggravation of replacing cylinders.
