WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
Banks Outdoors offers returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging—blankets, feeders, blinds, etc., should look brand-new.
- A receipt or order confirmation is required.
- Once returned and inspected, we issue a refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).
- You’re responsible for shipping the item back, unless specified otherwise.
- If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll help replace it at no extra cost.
HOW DO YOU SHIP THE STUMP?
The size of the stand requires it to come commercial freight truck. All rates vary depending on location. Please call for exact shipping price.

CAN THE STUMP BE DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE?
Yes, but freight companies charge extra to deliver to residential areas. If you can find a commercial business address to deliver to, you can help keep costs down.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Yes, we offer refunds on items returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they’re unused and in original packaging. Visit our Refund Policy page for full details and instructions.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number(s) and estimated delivery date(s).
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When an order is shipped, we’ll update your account to show the tracking number(s), and send you an email with the same information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can follow the path of your order from our warehouse to your destination.

HOW DO I BECOME A DEALER?
Please apply HERE. We do require a Tax ID Number after the initial application. No pricing or program information will be released until the second form has been approved.
CAN WE BUY DIRECT FROM THE FACTORY?
We are extremely loyal to our dealers, so if you have a dealer in your area, visit or give them a call. If no dealer is within a practical driving distance, you are able to purchase our full product line HERE.
DO YOU OFFER A MILITARY OR FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNT?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for active duty and veteran military members. Please contact us for details on how to apply the discount to your order.
HOW DO I SIGN INTO MY ACCOUNT?
If you are a returning customer, click the ‘Sign In’ tab located on the top of the screen, and enter your email address and password. If you are a new customer, click the ‘Sign In’ tab, and create an account.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ACCOUNT ADDRESS?
You can update your information by signing in to your account, and click the ‘My Account’ tab located at the top of the screen.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ACCOUNT PASSWORD?
Sign in to your account and click the ‘My Account’ tab located at the top of the screen. Once you’re in the ‘My Account’ section, you will be able to make any changes to your account.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo and TL Gift Cards. We also accept Paypal, Google Pay and Amazon Pay.
CAN I CANCEL MY ONLINE ORDER?
Yes, you can cancel your online order, but timing is important:
- You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order—simply email us or use the contact form to request it.
- Once the order ships, it’s on its way. You’ll need to follow our returns process—see our Returns & Refund Policy.
- If you’re not sure whether your order has shipped, just check your confirmation email or reach out to our support team—we’ll let you know.

WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE OF?

DO YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A WARRANTY?
Yes. A Lifetime Limited Warranty is available for the Stump, Feedbank and Wild Water. Please register your product HERE to take advantage of the warranty.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ASSEMBLE THE STUMP?
All Stump models come completely assembled minus the interior shelf. The legs for the Stump will need to be assembled.
IS THE WOOD FOR LEGS INCLUDED WITH THE STUMP?
No.
HOW DO I ELEVATE THE STUMP?
The steel plate is specifically designed for elevation of the Stump. It is made to hold 4x4 green treated posts, connect to our Steel Skid System or Steel Tower System, which all elevate your Stump.
HOW HIGH CAN THE STUMP BE ELEVATED?
We recommend not going higher than 10 ft. to the base of the Stump. That would put you 14-16 ft. at eye level.
DO I NEED TO CROSS BRACE THE 4X4 POSTS?
Yes. It is essential that you cross brace for added stability. *The outriggers add stability as well.
DOES SNOW LOAD AFFECT THE ROOF?
No. We live and hunt in the snow country of Minnesota so we made sure in our design that it can take on the snow load.
IS IT LOUD INSIDE WHEN YOU FIRE A GUN?
No, as long as the muzzle of the gun is sticking outside the window. With that being said, it is always recommended to wear ear protection when shooting a gun.
CAN I BOW HUNT FROM THE STUMP?
Yes. The Stump 3 man and the 4 man are designed with the bow hunter in mind. The 1-man is too small for a bow hunter.
WHAT COLORS DOES THE STUMP COME IN?
We currently offer 2 colors for all of our Stump models - Alpine Green or Weathered Wood. The Polyethylene material is a material you can paint for camouflaging The Stump.
CAN I LOCK THE STUMP?
We offer a locking door handle as an option to purchase HERE.
CAN I USE A HEATER IN THE STUMP?
If it is approved for indoor use, then you can use it in The Stump.
